Overview

C18 (Octadecylsilane) columns in the CromSil™ CoreSphere range provide robust reversed-phase performance, ideal for non-polar analytes and method development.

C18 (Octadecyl) – General-purpose reversed-phase; offers strong hydrophobic retention ideal for peptide mixtures, small proteins, and a wide range of small molecules.

  • pH Range: pH 2–8, stable under standard acidic to mid-basic mobile phases.
